If the visitor does not have a gun license, entry is only possible when accompanied by a professionally qualified person - an instructor authorized to do so. The shooting range has a safety certificate and is soundproofed from the surrounding areas.
Fun Game zone: The Fun Game zone represents slot machines which are located at several positions in the Facility. On the ground floor, mezzanine, and first floor of the Facility. Slot machines are activated by tokens. Euro coins can be exchanged for tokens in token changers located on the ground floor near the main reception, or on the first floor near the upper bar. After playing the game, tickets are issued from the slot machine, which are exchanged in the so-called ticket machine located on the upper floor near the upper bar. Safety 3.1 Injuries when climbing on artificial walls occur mainly due to incorrect rope handling and inattentiveness. Insufficient mastery of climbing and belaying techniques or the use of unsuitable equipment poses a risk of serious injury. No information in these Operating Rules can replace proper training and practice. Completing proper training in safe climbing and belaying techniques is your own responsibility. 3.2 You use the climbing wall at your own risk! Every user is aware that climbing on an artificial wall involves risks that the operator – even if all the rules set out in the operating rules are complied with – is unable to fully eliminate. Using the climbing wall requires full concentration when climbing and belaying. 4. Prohibited actions 4.1 Engaging in sports activities under the influence of alcohol, psychotropic and narcotic substances. 4.2 Smoking and handling open fire is prohibited in the climbing wall area. 4.3 Making any changes to the wall is prohibited, such as moving holds, moving and installing other belay components. 4.4 During climbing, it is prohibited to use sports climbing equipment that does not comply with the safety and technical requirements specified in STN. 4.5 It is prohibited to climb without a safety helmet - when the height of the feet is greater than 1.5 m above the ground. 4.6 The belayer must not follow the lead climber until they have returned to the starting point of the route. 4.7 Rapid lowering is generally prohibited. When lowering a climber, the belayer is responsible for ensuring that they do not endanger any third parties. 4.8 Abseiling from the wall is prohibited, except as provided for in Section 5.10 of the Operating Rules.
17
4.9 Soloing is prohibited. (Climbing without a rope with feet at a height exceeding 1.5m). Soloing endangers not only the solo climber themselves, but also other visitors of the centre. Traversing/bouldering is permitted with feet at a maximum height of 1.5 m. At times of high wall occupancy, the wall staff have the right to request a visitor to end traversing/bouldering if they judge that it disrupts the smooth operation of the centre. 4.10 During climbing, belaying or other rope handling, it is prohibited to use mobile phones or headphones, to talk or to be otherwise distracted. 4.11 Children under 15 years of age may only move in the immediate vicinity of the wall when accompanied by an adult. Staying near the climbing wall is only possible under the continuous supervision of an adult or as part of organized group training. Free movement and children playing in the climbing wall area is prohibited. 4.12 The use of own quickdraws is prohibited. Bolts without carabiners must not be used. When grabbing the bolt hangers, you may lose an entire finger in the event of a fall. 5. Climbing rules 5.1 The climber and the belayer must check each other before every route. It is important to check whether the harnesses are properly fastened, the buckle is doubled back, the climber is properly tied in, whether the belayer has made the Munter hitch correctly, or has properly loaded the belay device, whether the knots are fully tied and properly tightened, whether the carabiners are properly closed, etc. 5.2 With assisted braking devices (Gri-Gri, Tre), it is necessary to be particularly careful: before climbing, it must be checked by a short pull on the rope whether the rope is correctly loaded and the belay device locks the rope in the event of a fall. 5.3 The rope must be at least 30 metres long. Ropes that are too short are particularly dangerous as they do not have sufficient length when lowering the climber. 5.4 The belayer must stand in the immediate vicinity (1m - max. 2.5 m) of the start of the route. Belaying while sitting is prohibited for safety reasons. 5.5 The lead climber must clip all protection. Anyone who does not climb to the last protection on the route must immediately pull down the rope after being lowered to the ground. If they climb the route to the end, they must clip the last protection.
18
5.6 Clip only quickdraws in one line. Before starting the route, look at the line of quickdraws that belongs to the given route. Clipping quickdraws from adjacent routes needlessly blocks neighboring lines. 5.7 Only one rope may be clipped into one quickdraw. If multiple ropes are clipped into one quickdraw, friction is created, which can damage the ropes and, in extreme cases, lead to a dangerous injury. 5.8 The rope must be pulled down in such a way that it passes along the wall through the protection clipped by the lead climber. The person pulling down the rope is responsible for ensuring they do not endanger any third parties. 5.9 If a climber is currently on a route (regardless of whether they are lead climbing or top-roping), no one else may start that route. Violation of this rule poses a risk of injury to the lower climber in the event of a fall of the climber above them. 5.10 Abseiling is permitted only within climbing courses and only in designated locations. 5.11 All users are aware that holds and volumes/footholds rotate or, in extreme cases, even break. Users assume any liability for injuries associated with this point. 5.12 During your stay near the wall, avoid the fall zone below climbing persons. 5.13 Before climbing, study the diagram showing the safety principles for climbing and belaying on the wall. 5.14 Before climbing, consider your health status. Sick persons are at a much higher risk of injury. 6. Top-rope climbing 6.1 In principle, top-rope climbing is allowed only on ropes hung by the climbing wall staff. Knots and carabiners on these ropes must not be opened. Any damage to the ropes must be reported to the wall staff. When the centre is not busy, top-rope climbing is also possible on other routes, subject to the following restrictions: 6.2 Due to the risk of a pendulum swing, climbing is only permitted on a rope that is clipped into all intermediate protection leading to the last carabiner. The belayer must keep the rope properly tight. Climbers climbing top-rope must be considerate of other climbers in the event of a fall. 7. Courses Course participants must comply with all instructions of the course leader. The course program can be obtained from the centre staff, who will provide you with all the necessary information.
19

The equipment used (ropes, carabiners, belay devices, etc.) must comply with standards (UIAA tests, etc.). 8.2 Should the Facility's staff find deficiencies in the visitor's equipment, they have the right to warn them and request the immediate replacement of the respective part of the equipment. 8.3 If any deficiencies are found on the climbing wall (protection, loose holds, carabiners, etc.), climbers are obliged to immediately report this to the wall staff. 9. Staff 9.1 Upon entering the climbing wall, you are obliged to show the wall staff your season ticket/pass or pay the admission fee without being asked. 9.2 You must comply with the staff's instructions in all cases. 9.3 The staff are neither obliged nor able to constantly check the wall users to ensure they comply with all provisions of the operating rules. 9.4 In the event of theft or vandalism (holds, sports equipment, valuables, etc.), the staff are obliged to report the persons in question to the police. 10. The wall operator is exempt from liability for damage to items, as well as for items stored outside the designated areas (valuables can be stored with the centre staff). 13.
