INFORMATION OF THE DATA SUBJECT PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL OF 27 APRIL 2016 ON THE PROTECTION OF NATURAL PERSONS WITH REGARD TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND ON THE FREE MOVEMENT OF SUCH DATA The controller of the information system "Monitoring of movement of persons by camera system" is the company: STEAM FACTORY a.s., with its registered office at Moldavská cesta 32, Košice 04011, Company ID (IČO): 50938355, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Košice, Section: Sro, Insert number: 41648/V (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"). The purpose of processing personal data in this information system is to ensure the protection and safety of health and the protection of property within the premises of the entertainment and sports centre. Information from this information system may be recorded in audio-visual or visual form, on paper or on any durable medium. For this purpose, the Controller uses a CCTV system that records the movement of persons within the premises. The storage period of personal data in the form of a video recording from the CCTV system, which is recorded on a data carrier, lasts until the capacity of the data carrier is filled (max. 90 days), after which it is not archived but automatically overwritten by recording a new video. The management of these data is carried out by the Controller using its own resources as well as through an authorized Processor. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this IS is the legitimate interest of the Controller to protect the property and health of persons on the premises against unauthorized interference by other persons. The scope of processed personal data represents the visual image of a natural person recorded by the CCTV system upon entering, moving within, and leaving the premises.

The category of data subjects includes: all natural persons who enter, move within, and leave the premises of the Controller's entertainment and sports centre. The category of third parties to whom personal data from the IS are provided is given by: entities to whom personal data may be provided in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, in particular law enforcement authorities. When processing personal data in this information system, the data subject has the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning the data subject and the right to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing, or the right to object to processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, as well as the right to data portability.
