Withdrawal from the contract

If you bought goods from us (e.g. souvenirs) at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Fill in the form below and send it directly here — we will promptly e-mail you a confirmation of receipt.

Please note: This right does not apply to attraction tickets for a specific date (leisure services with a specified date or period of performance), goods made to order, sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, or perishable goods.

Please send or hand over the goods to us no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract, to the address Steam Factory a.s., Moldavská cesta 32, 040 11 Košice.
